Camps are typically 1-day, 2-day, and/or events longer than 4 hours in duration
SUMMER CAMP

5-Day Baseball & Softball Clinic for Ages 6-13

SPRING BREAK CAMP

2024 Coastal VA Fall Showcase Camp

Every year, we host 10+ college coaches and help to put potential student-athletes in a position to earn a college roster spot through this event

Academies
Academies are 4-8 week long events with 1-2 meetings per week as part of a progressive training program designed to help develop our athletes
Coastal Catching Academy

Led by Coach Ellis and staff, this academy prepares catchers for the spring and summer seasons...beginning with basic fundamentals and progressing into the finer details of being a successful backstop

Velocity Enhancement Academy

Led by Coach Chance Pauley, this academy is designed to promote arm care and efficient movement patterns that lead to a healthier arm and potentially increased throwing velocity...tried and proven programming

Arm Care Academy

Winter Hitting Academy

Led by the CSC team, this academy is 5 weeks in duration with meetings every Sunday in December
- CSC Norfolk - Session 1 - 2pm to 3pm (Beginner/Intermediate)
- CSC Norfolk - Session 2 - 3pm to 4pm (Advanced/Experienced)
