Coastal Open Sessions
We created "open sessions" for the athletes that want to learn from our coaches in a group setting where they are able to receive instruction and drills to put into their practice and training. Open sessions are 45 minutes in duration and are instructor-led, position-specific, and age-appropriate

CSC Norfolk - Open Sessions
These are open sessions offered at our Norfolk location each week
Open Hitting
$30
- Wednesdays from 6:00pm to 6:45pm (Ages 6-12)
- Wednesdays from 6:45pm to 7:30pm (Ages 13+)
Open Fielding
$30
- Tuesdays from 7:00pm to 7:45pm (Ages 6-12)
- Tuesdays from 7:45pm to 8:30pm (Ages 13+)
Open Pitching
$30
- Thursdays from 7:00pm to 7:45pm (Ages 6-12)
- Thursdays from 7:45pm to 8:30pm (Ages 13+)
Open Speed & Agility
$30
- Mondays from 5:45pm to 6:30pm (All Ages)
Open Catching
$30
- Fridays from 6:00pm to 6:45pm (All Ages)
Open sessions are FREE for CSC Members (based on location) and you must sign up for sessions through our mobile app (@ Team Coastal)
