Parking...

Please utilize one of the designated Coastal parking spaces during your vis

There are 6 spaces located inside the Coastal parking lot, 4 spaces located in front of the Coastal building, and 2 more spaces located in front of the parking lot wall.

DO NOT park in any of our neighboring business' parking lots


Membership Questions...

L1 Membership ($100/month) / L2 Membership ($250/month)

Do I have to hold an active membership to participate?

You DO NOT need a membership to participate in any of our activities, however, members receive savings on all activities.

What does my "L2 Membership" include?

Our L2 Membership includes unlimited cage reservations and open sessions, as well as 50% OFF all camps, clinics, academies, and $20 OFF private lessons.

What does my "L1 Membership" include?

Our L1 Membership includes 50% OFF cage rentals, unlimited open sessions, camps, clinics, and academies, and $10 OFF private lessons. 

How can I cancel my membership?

If you would like to cancel your membership, simply send us an email at ellis@coastalsportscenter.com prior to the 1st of the next month and we will cancel your membership for you. Keep in mind that there is an early termination fee for those memberships under a contract. This early termination fee will be equal to 2 monthly payments at the monthly rate you are committed to.


Billing Questions...

Billing, Statements, Payment Information, etc

How can I access my monthly statements?

Log into our mobile app (Team Coastal) and select the 'profile' tab, then the 'statements' tab.

When will my account be charged for my membership and activities?

Memberships are auto-billed on the 1st of each month and activities (open sessions, lessons, camps, clinics, academies) are billed at the time of service. If for any reason you have a past due balance on your account, this balance will be charged on the 1st of the month following the activity.

How can I update my payment method?

Log into our mobile app (Team Coastal) and select the 'profile' tab, then the 'payment methods' tab, then the 'add a new payment method' tab.

What is the infrastructure fee?

As of 02/01/2024, we are implementing a merchant services fee of 3% on all credit card transactions and a 1% fee on all ACH transactions. This helps us to cover the increase payment processing fees associated with our merchant account.

*No refunds will be issued, however, we do offer Coastal Credit to be used on any offerings at Coastal...Credits expire 12 months after the date of issue.
