We have one of the most diverse and experienced lineup of coaches in all of Hampton Roads. Our instructors provide lessons 7 days a week in all facets of the game of baseball and softball. Each of our coaches played college ball and some have even coached at the collegiate level.

Coach Pauley is from Richmond, VA where he attended Glen Allen HS. He went on to play college baseball at VMI, Louisburg College, and Virginia Wesleyan U.

Coach Jordan grew up in Chesapeake, VA where he attended Western Branch HS before moving on to Christopher Newport University. Jordan still holds multiple offensive records in the CNU record books.

Coach Bryan Gaal

Coaching Experience (24 years)

Coach Gaal comes to Norfolk from Syracuse, NY with his wife and two children. Previously, Gaal owned and operated his own training facility up North where he provided baseball instruction and led countless high school athletes into college and professional baseball.

Played college baseball at ODU and UCONN before signing with the Seattle Mariners. Most recently, Coach Stock pitched in the Frontier League.
